Simply want to provide a space from which I can share, teach, assist and engage with the global guitar community in my own way.
Being devoted to guitar and music for the past twenty years allow me to share my expertise and knowledge with students of all backgrounds and ages, from beginners to advanced.Though reaching the greatest standards of musicianship and performance still remain my goal, I’m glad and fully aware of my responsibility as a teacher and the important influence I can give to my students’ careers and lives.
My style is a composite of jazz and rock influences. I don’t try to play any one particular style. I just absorb what I like and play. If you are curious and open about learning different musical genres, it all will flow with whatever way your personality wishes to express it.
Subjects include: Harmony, Improvisation, Comping, Technique, Theory, Ear Training.
I just want to provide a central place for those interested in my approach to things and can’t work with me in person or don’t resonate with the remote lesson experience. I have spent decades teaching, touring and recording and have frequently been asked about a central place to access my teachings.
This is it! That is why I created VG Education. I started from scratch and created brand new videos and instructional materials and I want to make it available to everybody at a price that you can afford! Thank you for your time, attention and passion. Happy practicing!
